OUR SHOWS CAN GO ON SAFELY… WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU VISIT Updated: 27 January 2022 The safety, comfort and enjoyment of our friends and guests remains our number one priority. We are following all government guidelines and this page will be regularly updated as things change. Please check again before you visit for the latest information. Thank you for your on-going support and understanding - we can’t wait to welcome you back. NO ONE IN YOUR PARTY SHOULD ATTEND A PERFORMANCE IF THEY HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS: A high temperature. A new, continuous cough. A loss or change to your sense of taste and smell. BEFORE YOU VISIT Check for symptoms Before your visit, we recommend that you take an NHS lateral flow test. Please only attend the show if the result is negative. If you or anyone in your party feels unwell with the above symptoms, they should not attend. Leave more time Please leave plenty of time for your arrival. We’ll be maximising circulation space, reducing queues and opening auditorium doors as early as possible. WHEN YOU ARRIVE Face Coverings Whilst no longer mandatory, we recommend the wearing of face-coverings throughout our buildings unless you are exempt - out of courtesy to others, and to protect our volunteers and artistes. Touch-Free Tickets To reduce contact and paper usage, all future tickets should be booked in advance where possible and will be as eTickets. Checking In You will be able to check-in via QR code using the NHS COVID-19 app when you arrive. DURING YOUR VISIT Handwashing We will provide hand sanitiser throughout the theatre. Please use them and/or wash your hands regularly using soap and warm water. Keeping Your Distance Out of courtesy to others, please continue to leave as much space as you can. Please also take note of directional signage and follow any one-way systems that may be in place. Cleaning and ventilation We will be cleaning all areas more frequently and thoroughly, including wiping down surface through your visit. We will also be increasing fresh-air ventilation throughout the building where possible. Cashless Payments All purchases can be made using contactless or card payment methods - it’s quicker, reduces contact and is more secure. Pre-interval Drink Orders In order to reduce queuing you will be able to order interval refreshments in advance. Additional volunteers More team members will be in the theatre to help guide you and to answer any questions you may have. Our volunteers are important and are here to keep you safe and make your visit an enjoyable and memorable one, for the right reasons. Please be patient and treat our volunteers as you would expect to be treated.
