Latecomers

liable

any

SAFETY AND ENJOYMENT

Brookside
Theatre
reserves
the

refuse
admission

request
any
ticket
holder

leave

such
appropriate
action

may
be
necessary

enforce
this

or
after
a
performance
if
it
considers
it
to
be
necessary
or
desirable
to
do
so.
The
theatre
may
also,
on
certain
occasions,
conduct
security
searches
to
ensure
the
safety
of
its
patrons.
Any
person
who
declines
to
do
so
may be refused entry.
Photography,
film
and
audio
recording
of
any
kind
is
strictly
prohibited,
unless
otherwise
notified.
Any
devices
used
for
such
activity
may
be
confiscated
at
the ticket holder’s own risk.
Latecomers
may
be
refused
admission
or
asked
to
wait
until
a
suitable
break
in
the
performance
before
being
admitted to the auditorium.
The Brookside Theatre is a no smoking venue.
Entry and re-entry are by ticket only.
Under
no
circumstances
may
food
or
drink
purchased
from outside outlets be consumed in the venue.
Verbal
and/or
physical
aggression
towards
staff
will
result in refusal of entry or requirement to leave.
Patrons
are
asked
to
refrain
from
prohibited
behaviour
in
the
venue.
This
can
include:
shouting,
swearing,
talking
through
the
performance
and
any
other
behaviours
which
could,
in
the
reasonable
opinion
of
the
Management,
constitute
a
source
of
danger,
nuisance or annoyance to other customers and/or staff.
Mobile
phones
and
other
electronic
equipment
must
be
silenced before entering the auditorium.
Children
under
the
age
of
6
are
not
permitted
in
to
the
theatre
unless
stated
on
the
event
listing.
At
no
time
do
we
allow
children
to
be
seated
on
an
adult’s
lap
or
babes in arms.
All
persons
aged
under
16
must
be
accompanied
and
sat
next
to
the
accompanying
adult.
They
may
not
sit
on
their
own
within
the
auditorium
and
if
found
to
have
separate seats, entry may be refused.
The
Brookside
Theatre
and
any
third
parties
authorised
by
the
theatre
may
carry
out
general
filming
and
sound
recording
in
or
about
the
venue.
By
purchasing
tickets,
you
consent
to
you
and
your
party
being
included
in
and
to
the
commercial
exploitation
of
such
films
and
recordings without payment.

note
that
strobe
lighting,
smoke
effects
and
gunshots are sometimes used in productions.

CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Tickets
are
non
refundable
and
non
transferable
except
in the case of a cancelled or rescheduled performance.
Refund
protection
is
available
for
purchase
at
the
time
of
booking
and
we
recommend
that
you
include
this
in
order
to
obtain
a
full
refund
of
the
ticket
price
should
you
or
anyone
in
your
party
be
unable
to
attend
a
performance
due
to
injury,
illness
or
adverse
weather.
This

is
sold
on
behalf
of
a
company

and
the
theatre
does
not
deal
with
refunds
directly.

It

be
possible
to
resell
your
ticket(s)
up
to
48
hours
prior
to
a
performance
however
we
will
only
place
returns
on
sale
after
all
other
tickets
for
the
performance

sold

no
guarantee.

event
that
we
are
able
to
resell
the
ticket(s)
we
will
deduct
10%
of
the
total
amount
taken
and issue a refund for the remaining balance.
We
reserve
the
right
to
make
alterations
to
the
advertised
time,
date,
programme
and
cast
as
a
result
of
circumstances
beyond
our
control.
If
there
is
a
material
change
to
the
content
of
the
performance
or
the
performance
is
cancelled,
you
may
exchange
your
ticket(s)
for
an
alternative
performance
of
the
same
production
up
to

value
of
your
ticket(s)
(subject

availability).

the
avoidance
of
doubt,

not
refund
the
cost
of
any
other

would

to
